General terms and conditions of use

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

The purpose of these General Terms of Use is to provide a legal framework for the use of the www.juniorisit.com Site and its services.

This contract is concluded between :

  • The manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher”,
  • Any individual or legal entity wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as “the User”.

These General Terms and Conditions of Use must be accepted by any User. As an indication, his access to the Site implies acceptance of these conditions.

ARTICLE 2 - LEGAL NOTICE

For legal entities :

The Site www.juniorisit.com is published by the Junior-Entreprise de l’ISIT hereafter referred to as “Junior ISIT”, an association under the law of 1901, whose head office is located at 21, rue d’Assas, 75006 Paris and represented by its President, Amélie Bonhommeau.

Junior ISIT is affiliated to the Confédération Nationale des Junior-Entreprises whose registered office is located at 6, rue des Immeubles Industriels, 75011 Paris.

ARTICLE 3 - ACCESS TO SERVICES

The User of the Site www.juniorisit.com has access to the following services:

  • Translation,
  • Editing of texts
  • Language support
  • Web editing
  • Communication and
  • Marketing
  • Human Resources
  • Intercultural

Any User with an Internet connection can access the Site free of charge from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access it (Internet subscription, computer equipment, etc.) are not borne by the Publisher.

The Site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, in particular during maintenance, without prior notice or justification.

ARTICLE 4 - LIABILITY OF THE USER

The User assumes full responsibility for the use he or she makes of the information and content present on the Site www.juniorisit.com.

Any use of the service by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damage must be compensated to the benefit of the Site.

The Publisher allows the User to publish on the Site:

  • one or more articles written by the User;
  • one or more photos; The User undertakes to use language that is respectful of others and the law and accepts that these publications may be moderated or refused by the Publisher, without any obligation to justify.

By being published on the Site, the User grants the Publisher the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, broadcast and distribute its publication, directly or through an authorised third party.

However, the Publisher undertakes to cite the User in the event that one of its productions is published.

ARTICLE 5 - LIABILITY OF THE PUBLISHER

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for any server or network malfunction.

Similarly, the Site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

The Site www.juniorisit.com undertakes to implement all necessary means to guarantee the security and confidentiality of data, in accordance with the Regulations in force. However, it does not provide a guarantee of total security.

The Publisher reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources, although the information published on the Site is deemed reliable.

ARTICLE 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The contents of the www.juniorisit.com Site (logos, texts, graphic elements, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright under the Intellectual Property Code.

The User must obtain permission from the Site Publisher before reproducing, copying or publishing these different contents.

They may be used by Users for private purposes; any commercial use is prohibited.

The Site Publisher reserves the right to freely moderate or delete at any time the content put online by Users, without justification.

ARTICLE 7 - PERSONAL DATA

The User must provide personal information to access certain services such as the online quote request form.

The User’s electronic address (e-mail) may be used by the Site www.juniorisit.com to communicate various information and manage the account.

www.juniorisit.com guarantees the respect of the User’s private life, in accordance with the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and liberties as well as any general European regulation on data protection, as from the latter applicable.

By virtue of articles 39 and 40 of the law dated 6 January 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his or her personal data. The User exercises this right via :

  • by post at 23 – 25, avenue Jeanne d’Arc, 94110 Arcueil.

ARTICLE 8 - HYPERTEXT LINKS

The domains to which the hypertext links on the Site lead do not engage the responsibility of the Publisher of www.juniorisit.com, which has no control over these links.

It is possible for a third party to create a link to a page of the Site www.juniorisit.com without express authorisation from the Publisher.

ARTICLE 9 - EVOLUTION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

The Site www.juniorisit.com reserves the right to modify the clauses of these General Conditions of Use at any time and without justification.

ARTICLE 10 - DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract produces its effects with regard to the User from the start of use of the service.

ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The present contract depends on the legal framework imposed by the Confédération Nationale des Junior-Entreprises which itself depends on French legislation. The present General Conditions of Use are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of these General Terms of Use, the parties undertake to seek, before any contentious recourse, an amicable solution. In the event of persistent disagreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent court of law where Junior ISIT’s head office is located. Any dispute resulting from subcontracting between Junior-Enterprises will be brought before the Board of Directors of the Confédération Nationale des Junior-Entreprises.
